Looks like you shareholders won't be getting a fax after all with the word "judgment" on it. Even more criminal, seems like Antibash LIED when he said he had such a fax in front of him. Poor Anti, he's too stupid to know he's being hung out to dry. But he's been warned over and over, so, sadly, he deserves it. As I pointed out a few days ago, the defaults were entered regarding Mann, Shoreline, and Whitecliff -- not** the DTC. Heck, the DTC hasn't even had their day in court. In the .000001% chance they don't show up for the 1/29 hearing, we can start speculating about how the judge may react. As for Spidey's contention that "so we wait for judge to sign of entry of this default judgement so federal marshalls can seize all the stock & injuctive relief will lift freeze.", that's sheer lunacy. If that doesn't make you want to spew lunch all over the keyboard in laughter then you deserve to own this stock. - Jeff

default judgements were signed of 14 jan, now these default judgements are before the judge for the entry of the judgement. Signed by whom? The 14th, by the way, was last Thursday, not Friday. AZNT filed its motion for default on the 13th, according to the court clerk. You really think the judge would have considered it so quickly? And without informing or convoking counsel for the defendants? I certainly don't. when this is signed federal marshalls will be instructed to seize assets. What on earth makes you so sure he'll sign it? So far he's been rather reluctant to do anything Mikey wants. See the transcript of the 2 October injunction hearing. Another question, Spidey: you claimed to have sent these documents to your buddies; they claimed to have read 'em yesterday. You never tire of lying, do you? You haven't seen a damned thing, have you? Neither has any of the other Stooges. And now you can't even keep your lies straight for more than a couple of hours at a time. My guess: no way is the DTC gonna hand over that stock. The offer to return 3.1 million shares was made well before the 2 October hearing; it was discussed at that time. Nothing's changed, Spidey. Here's where we are now: AZNT wants the judge to do something. Will he? You realize that right here on this thread you're retailing information received directly from the CEO of AZNT. This is information that could potentially affect stock price. Can you say "insider violations"? Can you say "market manipulation"? You are in big trouble, Spidey. And you're to damned dumb to realize it.
