Hey! Frank;

A winner is who knows when to get in and when to get out.

A winner is one who can wait until one's can be sure.

A winner is who knows when one's get in one is sure one's gona to win.

A winner is who knows the battle is win already then goes to battle.

A winner is one who wins at all times. The more he wins the more he will win.

A loser is who goes to battle first and hope he could win.

John Paquet

James, the man that I want to know is a winner.

Can you or anyone tell me why Mr. Mcallister would say hold at $3.07? Why not
recommend hold at the recent price of ~$3.73??

The price was $ 3.07 in late Dec. If Mr. Mcallister is a printed
newsletter, a 3 week lag between when it was written and when
it was received by the subscribers isn't unreasonable.

Or maybe that's a US$ price.

John

Investor's Digest is a biweekly publication and, as such, the info provided is frequently dated and in some case completely irrelevant at the time of actual publication. If this individual is a contributing writer to Investor's Digest, the article in question may have been written in the early part of January (or even late December). It was evidently written when WSP was a $3.07 close (I don't recall a $3.07 close in January but I could be wrong). Investor's Digest also provides highlight reviews of those recommendations of other newsletter writers out there. This will in many instances further date the material as they are gleaning these reviews from recommendations which may be several weeks old (if the review is taken from a monthly publication, for example).

I think it is safe to say, however, that the article in question was written before WSP's latest and very positive news release. With this recent news in hand, and much more to be anticipated from CF/drill core evaluations, winter work programs, etc, it is my opinion that substantial and upward revisions of this hold price are forthcoming.
