Moreover, the Board will request shareholders to increase the number of authorized PFE shares to enable a 3-1 split. This request will be approved at the annual meeting in April. Moreover, here is a prediction on the short-term reaction to the announcement: PFE will jump 1-3 points before profit-taking takes over and PFE actually closes lower for the day.
