Anthony, I can't figure you out sometimes. I understand that you run a equity investigation operation. However, to maintain ANY credibility, is it wise to issue silly remarks that the stock will be under a buck "IF" it comes back. I have read your posts in the past, and you are capable of lucid commentary. However, you tend to look like an amateur when you degenerate into hype-laced posts about how the sky is falling. You are absolutely right that halting the stock is not good news. However, according to my understanding of events, it has everything to do with the lawsuit with Ascencio not being formally filed yet. If that is the case, then we should see trading resume Monday or Tuesday. BTW, the Easdaq reserves the right to extend or pre-empt that Feb 3 deadline. I dont understand where you got the information that the Feb 3 deadline is absolute. This is the second time I have posted to you about silly commentary on your behalf. The previous time was when you claimed to have people coming after you because you wanted to visit the Ensenada facility. I maintain that if you want to be taken seriously, you must preserve some sense of professionalism. I do think much of your commentary on companies is well-founded. With TRBD, time will tell who is right or wrong. But, to allow yourself to fall into the category of a ranting short is comic at best. You are more intelligent than that. (At least I hope so)

Regards,
Shawn

A@P U R WRONG!

I'd be very nervous right now if I was short...
You have no liquid market to exit and cover.
If the company is able to announce news of a material nature re.
OEM deal(s) before trading resumes YOU ARE GOING TO BE TOASTED...
or FROSTBITTEN. Your choice.

What gets me is how proud of yourself you are. How strange that
you are committed to bringing out the worst in others.

Good luck. You're going to need it.
