SW, I would not be so certain that they have not yet met the NASDAQ qualifications. As I stated in earlier an earlier post, they had $6 Million in contracts lined up for 99 before 99 even started. Most of their business came in November/December 98 timeframe. Read the post again and you will see that their investor relations person states that they now believe that they have met the qualifications for NASDAQ. Is it not possible that they have received another big contract that they have not yet announced? I am not going to question their investor relations person. I am sure they are well aware of what the NASDAQ qualifications are. Happy Hunting!
