An informed decision would be one that had ALOT of work behind it, not one that watches these chat lines and buys and sells accordingly. We should have learned from Bre-X that much. I know who they're talking about (re: source) and he also tells everyone to do their DD first and then decide. I do own BII and believe that it will do well, not necessarily from one minute to the next, but over the longer term.
