TomNY, What Sirk stated was that the news release this week is a lie. If you call IR yourself, Kyle will tell you that news is coming; you won't get an exact date from him. He is hoping to release as soon as possible.

GSIC IR guy...we should compare notes, let's make sure he is not full of sh$t. He seems fairly kosher to me. Just talked to him again. He told me that he won't put out news until all financing $$$ in their account...he also said that some companies may not be sending the money in because GSIC was at a higher price when they signed the deal...implying to me that the may have "overpaid" for the stock? Huh?? They definitely need to get the news out to clear the air. The stock would be higher if they did. I don't think it is true at all that the company wants the stock to drop so they can pick up cheaper shares. That's ludicrous. I told Kyle the importance of getting the news out soon. He just flat out wouldn't tell me... he kind of hinted it would, but then said if it went down we can all buy the stock cheaper. So is he being professional or jerking us around a bit? I told him some people wouldn't trust the company until the news came out. It was important to GSIC's credibility. Told him he built up expectations with the financing and needs to follow up. I don't know...still believe big time long term, but short term, who knows... a little tired of it all.
