To James F., John K. & Larry M.: Thanks for your responses. I tried Mcallisters number (403 252 5890) several times, but just got a busy signal. Must be more lurkers out there than I imagined! (I would guess 10 lurkers to every poster??) I would agree that it is likely an "old" recommendation. And L.D. ... I agree with your statement: "it is my opinion that substantial and upward revisions of this hold price are forthcoming." Also want to thank you James for providing us with the information.
