Ken, quick comment, as I intended to refrain from posting today. Your observation of MDIN and NPEC and their relationship, as well as the comment about NPEC telecommunications unit is right on. Its clear you have been doing some digging and making the phone calls. MAGGIE

Ken: TELECOMMUNICATIONS, INTERNET, E-COM, PROVIDE MUCH FOR ALL FIRMS WHO

have a current place in the Ind. You may be correct as the TELECOMM. DIVISION is where
the most grouth came from over the past 3 years. The Telecom Division may be the one
to lead NPEC into 1999 in a strong way. We shall see what all the hints are about for the
changes in the company real soon I was told. Just wait and see for now.
