The default was dated January 13,1999. It was signed, approved by the court and filed Jan 14,1999. Signed by the DEPUTY CLERK. I, um, hate to break this to you, Ricobuns, but "judgments" aren't signed by deputy clerks. They're signed by judges, appropriately enough. What you're talking about here is a Motion for Default submitted by AZNT. Signed by the deputy clerk to indicate receipt and filing. Deeper and wider, Rico: a mountain of lies.
