Does anyone here ever have trouble getting orders filled via E-trade?

Mr Tilton informed me there is a brokerage shorting CHIFD as he received a phone call asking for shares. Maybe by the looks of TNRG today some sold CHIFD to buy TNRG <g>. I dont know exactly why the downward pressure but I have heard stories about groups who short stocks like CHIFD. Sometimes shorting shares that dont exist (naked short)hoping to cover them at lower prices later, before end of month when inventory is taken. If they cant find the shares then a short squeeze can occur and the shorter has to buy the shares at higher prices and take a loss. Hopefully Mr Tilton can release some news next week to make the shorts sweat if this is the case.
