GIFT now EDTA here's the last news I could find: Judge Denies E-Data's Motion for Reconsideration, Company Vows to Appeal Internet Patent Case Company Says Negotiations Underway to Acquire and License Additional Patents DALLAS, Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- E-Data Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GIFT - news) today announced that it has been informed by Judge Barbara Jones of her decision to deny the company's Motion for Reconsideration in it's Internet patent case. Grant Robertson, President of E-Data, stated he has instructed the corporation's attorney, Graham & James, to commence the appeal process.
