There is no absolute answer to your question because for every share sold there is a buyer. The price at which it was traded gives you a clue on the traders motivation. This is especially true for large block trades.

Charles - All scenarios you suggest are possible, I do not have level II quotes. I am basing my opinion on the fact that the stock did not drop during these block trades, but instead either went up or held its price. I first bought IOM @ 7 1/8 and have increased my holdings @ 7 7/8 and again recently @ 9 1/8. If it turns out to be institutional buying then I would expect an increase in their accumulation. Tomorrow will probably see some profit taking but I would expect a resumption of the upward trend within a short time.

Aside from the block trades (accumulation) I believe that Q 4 will show a substantial increase in OEM sales as well as direct sales. I'm estimating EPS to be $0.09.
