I scanned a few SEC filings and didn't find anything.
Dec. 3rd last time MRVC was mentioned in the press.
They found a way to save some $$$ by not having any pr.
Should help earning's numbers for this quarter. (:-(

MRVC provided some initial funding to New Access, which is still a private startup.

MRVC owns some part of New Access - how much is under a non-disclosure agreement.

New Access will ship product to MRVC and also to other OEMs.

This is all I have been able to find out so far.
