Brazil's currency crisis will not trigger a surge in coffee exports in the short term because growers will probably wait for better prices due to an expected production shortfall, a leading exporters group said Thursday.

Maybe but it is having an effect here. Orange juice and soybean futures dropped yesterday. And there have already been some lay offs at N. MN. iron ore operations.

Insider trading is legal in the commodities futures markets so don't believe ANYTHING you read!!!!! In a pure supply and demand environment, others will race to sell before Brazil does, and Brazil will do the same while protesting otherwise.
