I'll give it a try. The PR from Signature Group was very good news but too many individuals are interpreting the impact to TSIG. The $20 million will not be top line revenue for TSIG. That number is something that the Signature Group estimates as the total value of what their Spanish speaking contingent will spend through their, Signature's, Loyalty and Rewards Program.

TSIG will get paid on a teleservices contract, the terms of which were not disclosed.

The Tampa Bay Lightning and Ice Palace PR was again very good news but nothing definitive was said about the impact to the top line of TSIG. Revenues were not discussed.

In all of the PRs announcing contracts, liaisons, partnerships, agreements, what ever names you want to put on them...revenues have never been discussed. The thread has conjectured, postulated, dreamed, of dollars, but without something definitive from the company, we cannot put the numbers to a spreadsheet and workout some "what if" scenarios.

I firmly believe that the cash will flow from these relationships that have been established and that these are mere baby steps in TSIG's growing process. Everything we have begged for has come to fruition. I can remember not too many months ago when we would have given a lot for a PR, now we're awash with them, not a negative in sight, save for the details of the elusive PP, but I'm working on that.

Just a couple of weeks ago the price of TSIG went as low as 0.325/0.35. But the whole world knew a PR was coming, so there are those who "sell on the news". Who do you think moved the stock from those levels all the way up to 0.43? Members of this thread? There are others, many others who are trading this stock.

But, the price erosion that we've seen hasn't been too bad, so I would postulate that the shares are being accumulated at the expense of those sellers.

I would prefer to be a buyer of this stock with a time horizon longer than a week or two or until the next PR. Remember what Mr. Tennola, of Signature Group, said "...expect it to be the first of many agreements...."

Take a look at www.signaturegroup.com these folks are not a fly-by-night outfit. They have size...14,000,000 card holders who are accustomed to using credit cards via telephone and the Internet.

Best, Joe
