Well if earnings are coming out like they are suppose to today, i would hope that the CFO would discuss the report. Where can I find this report?

Wasn't the deal a pooling? purchased R&D was pretty modest as i recall.

Does well read mean the same as accurate in their forecast and predictions?

If SEBL was on their short list they should be worried.
