According to Wendy Ravenel, EDIG has no intention of developing a MP3 recorder. Why? Because because MP3 is slower and inferior to PAC. Also MP3 makes no provisions for copy protection. PAC uses watermark, a technology that is accepted by the music industry.

I also asked Wendy about Don Bauder's article concerning Falk's quote to the SEC. She assured me that they had no plans to implement debt financing. She also added, that although we voted to increase outstanding shares, there are no plans to issue them. Issuing new shares would be a way to finance. When I asked why Falk made the statement, I was told it was to keep all options open.

I don't know SEC regulations, but if I were running a small company I'd keep all of my options open. I do know that the SEC prohibits Wendy from lying to me.

Don Bauder is a man who has had little good to say about anyone. At least that has been my experience. Did anyone catch his picture? He looks like he could use a stiff shot of prune juice.

Don Bauder and MP3 don't equate in my decision to hold EDIG. Debt financing does.
