I didn't hear the conf. call. I think that the explanation sounds very odd. I'm sure that the issue would have to be addressed in an SEC document somewhere. Again this is just a rumor but it is the CommSoft segment that has the potential issues. I don't think there is a way you can do a complete software audit on an acquisition. Also, it is the market that decides if your software is OK and the market is not entirely happy with the product line (again rumor only). On the upside, potential looks very strong; just several years out.
