USAT will be in he neighborhood of 100 MILLION shares fully diluted after the split. According to 10Q filed on Nov. 13, Common Shares issued and outstanding: 13,067,667 Warrants to purchase common stock: 4,794,488 Stock Options granted: 4,100,000 Total: 21,962,155 Add to this the $.06 stock: 941,000 plus 750,000 Total: 23,653,155 X 4 = 94,612,620 And that is not including any share issuances for the recent announced financing of $8.2M, details of which I can't find.
