You are absolutely right. That was when I gave up and finally invested in DELL. A repeat performance would be just fabulous! Not unlikely, if DELL does a MSFT this quarter (i.e. beats estimates by 15%+); then factoring in a 65% earnings growth and forward PE of 65 I get a price of 115-120. The options expire three days after earnings. Last year DELL gapped up some 10 points for two consecutive days after Feb earnings. I am thinking of holding overnight on earnings day. Would appreciate comments from all about this strategy.
