If BII closes on an uptick or downtick, its direction will be directly hooked to a NASDAQ INUT pre-open...as it is now. The amount of jump on open will be determined by uptick/downtick close. If it closes downtick than demand is dwindling, support on open will be weaker. If on an uptick, then support is stronger and if the NASDAQ opens on an uptick...it will rise!! Pretty basic stuff at this point...bottom line.......if NASDAQ sellsoff so does BII...if not, BII won't!! So the "merican" pychie(sp) comes into this!!
