When you speculate about the date of deal announcement being delayed until after February, does that mean March, April?

When you say "The plan would be to buy the calls back for nothing and then sell the $10's" do you mean that if it doesn't reach $12.5 you are going to buy a call at that price?

I understand the rest and it sounds plausible. As long as you have other shares in the background in case the buyout does come.
