the DEFAULT was entered & now the judge will sign for it to be enforced. As I explained to Rico, "entered" means "filed". This is a serious question: why in HELL do you imagine that the judge will sign it just because that's what Mikey wants? And remember: the motion applies ONLY to Andy Mann, Whitecliffe, and Shoreline. Weren't you telling us just last Friday that it had to do with JB Oxford and Canaccord? And the DTC and the Canadian Depository? Sorry, Spidey, betcha even your own Stooges are beginning to have doubts by now...
