Which posts? Oliver North was claiming
that he would get huge orders in the first
quarter 1999, due to a large federal grant
to a variety of police departments to
purchase Guardian vests, etc. Is someone
at NASD planning to skim all this money
away from warrant and stock holders?

a Falls Church, Virginia, police officer was
shot in the chest 1-21-99, but his Guardian
vest saved his life.
