Sorry guys.......

I knew this would be a classic reverse split. If Sam's info is right I was also told the Ponderosa deal was off. If you truly believe in MKII your only choice is to buy and average down. I would wait because the ask is going to drop in the next two weeks. I believe Paul Smith told me they took over last May and he expressed to me he didn't know much about public companies. Unfortunately he's learning at your expense. The only reverses I have seen work are in reporting BB companies where the shareholders approved it and the reverse is announced way in advance. I was in TEKC a profitable BB reporting company. The stock reversed 1 for 5 around $1 and went UP to $7 and is still close to $5. They will probably get their NASDAQ listing. My only advice is to average down if you believe in MKII because your old shares will take a long time to recover. Like I said before I like following what happens in the BB arena and I have paid my dues. I believed in BNEZ so I chose to average down in that one. Good luck guys.

i'm sure that the better class of investors will be jumping on soon at .38 Especially when they check things out and see that management has lost 99.5% of value since last year and 83% today
