Byron, what new rules? I thought the rules were that a sale is counted only when the customer takes possession of the goods, or the goods are placed on a common carrier. Are you talking about software?

byron, if i short sunw and get 10-15points or go long and get +64+ points then why would i risk w. shorts just to be sQEEEEEzed? i don't want to be "charmin" the tissue paper. People on the sunw thread have been telling me that you thought sunw was going MISS expectaions.

stocks don't trade on the past results, stocks trade based on future expectations. I m not smart enuf to short.
company is buying back their own stock good luck.
