are you saying the naysayers are working for SHORTERS?
you mean they are not just "concerned citizens" who care about shareholders?
you mean they post here continuously, not because of their generosity of spirits, but rather for their own financial gains?
I am SHOCKED!

Chinese Court Case Pits Internet Phone Users vs China Telecom

Beijing, Dec. 31 (Bloomberg) - Two Chinese computer users are suing local police authorities for violating their property rights after their business of supplying technology allowing international telephone calls over the Internet was shut down in January.

Beijing-based companies are also providing Internet phone equipment, promising telephone calls to the United States and elsewhere for less than one-thirtieth of China Telecom's charges.

China Court Backs Internet Phone Entrepreneurs

Friday January 22 3:33 AM ET
BEIJING (Reuters) - In a landmark China case, a court ruled that a firm offering cheap international calls through the Internet
did not violate the country's state-run telecom monopoly, the China Daily said on Thursday.

The Fuzhou court also stipulated that international calls made through IP were technologically different from conventional overseas calls.

Industry analysts have said the case had broad implications for state control over the Internet in China.
