Hello, Oliver! (and all) When I first saw the news today, I had only time for a superficial read of it. On the second and third readings, I think I better grasped what this news release had under its surface: >> The company also announced that it has begun negotiations with multiple potential joint venture partners regarding distribution of the company's educational software products. Hehe, what the Net doesn't reach, a few strategic distribution partners will! We already have Wooldridge's for Australia, Asia and Micronesia--next a U.S. partner or two? Excellent strategy here. Sales of HeartSoft's Bestseller series, while already brisk, might reasonably be expected to increase by quantum leaps with such a distribution network. >> Further, Mr. Shell indicated that the company has begun negotiations with several large publishers in the U.S. regarding distribution of the company's current product lines as well as discussions concerning development contracts in which Heartsoft will utilize its proprietary authoring platform, the Knowledge Construction Set, to develop educational software products for other publishers in areas which do not compete with Heartsoft. << Does anybody think the large publishing houses did not seek out HeartSoft's services? I don't think it could happen any other way! What does this say for the company we have invested in? IMHO: HeartSoft's skills are recognized, and in demand in the marketplace. This news release is probably the most significant in the history of HeartSoft Inc. We have a plan being put into place for Thinkology to be sold via the Net, talks with distribution partners, and talks with cash-paying software houses for products. I am not sure that the full effect of this release was felt today...tomorrow may let us see what people reading it last night made of it. Let the sellers sell...I doubt there will be any shortage of people stepping up to buy a piece of HeartSoft tomorrow! Cheers! Rick
