who cares? negotiations with dtc reveal that dtc has the 4 million shares now but wants aznt to state that 1.2 million are free trading shares, the short position. of course aznt told them to take a leap. the summary judgement will get aznt the stock regardless. aznt's concern is the freeze being lifted. if dtc does not voluntarily lift the freeze it appears that the 29th they will be in this case up to there neck, won't they smart guy? spider
