I'm definitely shocked by the hardware numbers. All the stories were that we were completely sold out for the 4th quarter in S390 and yet all the server platform revenues were down vs 97. Yuck. Doesn't sound good for my bonus pay.

The key point (for WS and analysts) to judge upon will be "revenue growth". If IBM did okay in this department, then everything would be alright.
