I'm surprised it took them so long to let this info out. There was talk of another agreement like last year's, mid-year last year. Notice the vesting starting 11/98. The agreement must have been made prior to that date. I talked to Mulshine regarding another agreement like last year's a long time ago. At that time, he said they would probably agree to another proposal from Larry. In summary, I expected this, but so much time had gone by, I forgot it was a possiblity/probability. Makes you wonder what else they've been holding back. We never did get an official release about the scanner purchases by Dreamworks, but it did happen quite some time ago.
