Tee-Comm Electronics Inc. will sell up to one-third of its digital broadcast satellite or
DBS reception system inventory to TV / Com International Inc. for $1.8 million in
September 1998. The move is part of Tee-Comm's efforts to minimize warehouse costs
as well as repay its many creditors following bankruptcy proceedings. Under the deal,
TV / Com will purchase at least 1,000 and up to 8,000 reception systems for $225 each.
The deal allows TV / Com to regain control of proprietary security code designed into
the DBS receivers including all security cards in inventory programmed with the source
code.

31 CENTS, but what was the estimate? Did we miss? I can't seem to find the expectation. What do we do from here. It seems that every quarter I get my hopes up only to be disappointed. Who has a "good" recommendation?
