Andrew,
I looked at DIS around 30 and thought it would go a little lower on the bad earnings. IMHO I think it still might come back down some.

Boeing was a temptation several months ago. Almost bought, but didn't. It has gone down since then, and I stopped watching them.
LEAPS don't sound bad on Boeing if you think the Asian economy will recover. TWA has recently placed some good orders with them. If you are looking for a value play you might check them out. Stock was super cheap last time I looked.

Andrew..If you look at a very long term chart BA is trading where it was in 1990. This company can take years basing, I know I held it for a long time. A leap out to 2001 may not be enough time to turn this barge around. The Arizona desert is full of brand new undelivered planes.
