Rand, I don't care at all about your investment or about the companies ...

You said << When ESVS was up you had another spill didnt you? Why do you care about my investment?>>

When ESVS was in front , I said exactly the same as when it was below ... you could look it up (but won't) ...

the only thing different which I am saying here is that if ZULU is substantially ahead of ESVS at market close, and there is the possibility of the conversion crystallizing overnight, or over weekend, then I personally would not hold over that night ... because you and I both know that when it happens, you end up with an ESVS for each Zulu ...

now, if you are going to say that at some indefinite time after the exchange, that ESVS could then rise to or beyond where the old Zulu was, well that's for the market to say ... but on that first morning, as things stand now, you will have gone from OTC-BB near-obscurity with Zulu to pink sheet obscurity with ESVS ... I would expect that the obvious loss of liquidity which this implies (no electronic trading, for one, no Yahoo quotes, for another) would be enough to soften the relative pricing ...

But to re-iterate, I don't "care" (read: "have emotional feelings for") about your investment and I don't "care" about any corporation anywhere, anytime unless I own it (ie holdings >10% of outstanding) ..

believe me, I don't own Zulu, nor do I care to ...
