Iomega is looking good. You can listen to the conference call on vcall. It will be there for a couple of weeks and you can listen to it anytime absolutely free. Execs leaving due to restructuring. vcall.com. Tomorrow should be good trading I think, balance sheet is much improved.

Good Luck Everyone

Edwin,

The execs left because they aren't needed anymore. IOM went from three parallel, vertical integrated development organizations into one unified vertical development organization. They end up with two 'surplus' division presidents, and many surplus 'duplicate' staffing organizations. It happens in all reorgs. It happened when IBM changed it's structure. The result was the same, the 'surplus' division presidents get snapped up by the other companies when they leave.

BTW. CFO making very, very good sounds about cash flow, collections, bank line of credit is now down to $0. etc.

Ben A.

>>As usual IOM is a mixed bag. I was going to say it will definitely go up tomorrow until I saw the exec resignation. Now I don't know what to think.<<

Edwin -

I don't think the resignations are a terribly negative signal. I think they reflect the fact that Glore has begun to remake the company according to his own plans.

After a change at the top of an organization, one has to expect at least some turnover in the rest of management.
