i called to get an instinet quote...asking 82 3/4 That's promising. I'm out of the prediction business. My irrational exuberance may get someone who has no 'protection policy' in trouble. I made up significant ground against earlier losses, but retracted 4 1/16 on ASND. jc (No Cowboys or Cowgirls on this thread today.)

Tim, I can't find the takeover terms for LU/ASND on Yahoo finance (it only lets me display the last 10 news items). Would you please tell me what the shares/dollars are so that I can convert the LU price to the ASND price. thanks Art
