BG II, I guess CUBE bought some engineers and a new customer or two. TV/COM gets cube foundry relationship economy of scale, with a probable chip supply agreement. BTW, earnings kinda sucked. Hello 25. Tim

TV / COM INTROS X SERIES DECODERS

TV / COM has announced the expansion of its Sigma analogue product line with the
addition of a family of low-cost video-scrambling set top decoders.

The Sigma X series decoders offer advanced time domain sync suppression (TDSS) and
are the first Sigma products with enhanced pirate protection.

The Sigma X decoders provide low-cost entry points at which system operators can
establish an addressable and secure system that protects transmission of the analogue
signal from the cable or MMDS headend to the subscriber's home.

Each of the models in the family provides an increasingly broad range of performance
and security systems so that operators can easily upgrade to new capabilities and
services.

The X series decoders are part of the Sigma analogue products line of addressable
encryption systems for cables, satellite and MMDS.

The series includes three models: the CX add-on decoder module for use in the homes of
subscribers who do not have an existing converter; the DX set-top decoder for use in
homes of subscribers who do not have an existing converter; and the LX set-top which
adds volume control.
