CC just ended. It's about 42 minutes long. Good give and take with analysts. Only concern really raised was about the re-org and the loss of the mgmt. Jodie explained that the VP's involved actually helped come up with the new structure and it's inherent efficiencies but that in all reorgs hiccups might occur and this is one reason they say first Q might be flat. And they aren't leaving immediately but phasing over and out. They are trying to actually 'guide' the street based on their expectations and cautions. Ben A.
