Mohan, here's a heads up on C.C. from someone who listened in live:

post.messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com

Upbeat and enthusiastic with an excellent outlook for 1999.

50% growth in sales force

Continued emphasis on eBPO to drive revenue. Critical mass reached in terms of headcount (2200 employess) to execute in 1999.

Decreased competition encountered in general. CPG revenues made up 17%, High-tech 57%. Automotive outlook very promising; automotive performance for 4Q 98 very good.

Compaq first eBPO customer. eBPO will be the brains behind their web front end, doing intellignet configuration, pricing and profit assessment while tracking customer requirements

International execution very good; management in Europe doing well. Several large Asian deals, one large Japanese deal and several major European deals

Margin growth to be flat in 99; company will concentrate on reinvestment to increase revenue growth and hence market share.

Average deal size actually increased, but is an aberration.

Inroads into middle market (companies <300M in revenue) begininning to gain momentum

Some other points, but these were the major ones. Also, I felt analyst questions were a lot less combative than in Q3 98.
----------------------------------------------------------------

That's a good start.
