I do not necessarily agree, but no one has a true picture of leading edge capacity (or at least no one that you can trust!). I guess we shall see ... in a "time-will-tell-kinda-closing" ...

... Maybe a board member of both the leading US DRAM producer and the leading US SemiTest company will shed some light on the 28th, when his SemiCap firm reports ...
