Elwood: Tandem, DEC, shopper.com, alpha, linux and the media farm. CPQ does seem to be trying to cover all the bases. The media farm based in Texas, but the program offered in Europe. Don't know how much european exposure GTW has. At one time GTW was rumored to be in Compaq's crosshairs. Latest rumor is IBM might be looking. Who knows? I liked the Night Writer story, especially the part where he talks about EP realizing the commoditizing of the pc and also realizing he needs to be more than a box maker. 69 n 99 yarg
