The Company may be involved from time to time in routine litigation incidental to its business. However, the Company believes that it is not a party to any material pending litigation which is likely to have a significant negative impact on the business, income, assets or operation of the Company. IMO a reasonable train of thought would be that the company believes that it is not a party to any material pending litigation which is likely to have a significant negative impact on the business, income, assets or operation of the Company.
