I do own Shares of IDTC. I ran across the loan to PICK in a SEC filing last year for IDTC. I was just curious about why the loan. GThey can convert to PICK shares at .24/share. Would IDTC have any interest in buying PICK? IDTC's share price has gone through some turbulent times over the past year. They are looking to spin of an IPO "EZ-Surf" on Feb 1. The feeling is that since they have a profit history, the price will not increase as rapidly as the other internet offerings have when they entered the market. Thanks for the Info.
