motion for dtc was to extend injunction & restraining order so freeze can be lifted & stock returned to court. Didn't you say the stock in question had been "returned" and "cancelled" last Friday? the 4 million shares have been cancelled & will be removed from the system. i'm surprised you professional researchers weren't aware of this. exchange2000.com LIAR!!

default was entered 13 jan & filed 14 jan & signed by deputy clerk, not judge, the judge will sign the pending summary judgement w/i next few days & since defendants in default have no legal representation & have disputed no material issues it appears the judge will give plaintiff aznt what is want, the 4.48 million shares & federal marshals will seize these assets. What assets? Never mind. You obviously haven't the faintest idea what you're talking about. The statement cited above makes no sense whatsoever. Why is it you don't understand that?
