With the purchase of TV/Com maybe we'll again get the privalege of watching Rarebird lose all credibility and claim a negative cash flow for CUBE, as he did after the Divicom acquisition. That alone might make it worth the price.

CC. Q1, they will need to work very hard to match this Q revenue. Q2, divi grows, again, VCD is seasonal. Toss-up. Q1, Q2, Flat, Flat. Second 1/2 of 1999, will be strong growth. Alway the second 1/2 of the year.
