VLAD if your information is correct (>+0.02 EPS) : Assuming +0.03, it looks like one analyst missed by at least +0.12. That is a huge miss. Moreover, Vivus is not only going to exceed combined estimates, but ALL analyst estimates. I hope we get better analysts for round 2. Good timing for good earnings; right after the internet meltdown...

Hello VLAD: I hope I don't bore the board with this post. I'm just thinking out loud!! It's been my experience that when a company realizes that their earnings are going to fluctuate considerably from the street's estimates, an announcement is oftentimes made. I hope that your information is reliable. And if so, I would hope, (but not necessarily expect,) VVUS to take the INITIATIVE and make an announcement. Have to stop here, getting a headache!! Regards.
