Hogger, for all you've crowed about wanting to get to the truth, the public really ought to see this issue. As you well know, Spidey makes claims that have no supporting evidence. That makes it rather difficult for the observing public to see the truth, don't you think. For the good of the public record, do you really think you should continue holding out on them—keeping the truth away from them? I'll be happy to put it up at magneticdiary.

And, remember, this is not a MOTION we are discussing.

Better call the court clerk's office and tell THEM about that. When Jeff spoke to Bonnie, she characterized it precisely as a Motion for Default.

So why don't you do as others have suggested and send it to Bill? He'll post it on Magnetic Diary.
