I believe several Pteradon skeletons were found at the surface and could have been seen by Indians. In addition the Indians could have been drawing a pelican or some other living bird that looked prehistoric. Or maybe just a crow as interpreted under the influence of loco weed.

If there was a good set of human prints in Colorado you can bet that the Cretins would be bringing it up constantly. Is it possible that the prints are only known to the locals? Here in Texas there are many examples of dinosaur prints on private land that are only known to locals. I have seen 2 ft. dinosaur prints about 15 miles North of Austin, for example. Totally unprotected in a river bank and being eroded away.
