Don't worry about it! My boss walks by my screen and sees that all the time, he doesn't care as long as I can program active server pages at the rate our client expects :) I don't know what sort of work you do, but software development sure is well suited for day trading. On busy days I can trade more and just work late, on light days I don't trade much. Actually in a way Level II quotes are better because they update in real time - I told my boss that they were great because I did not have to switch from my Visual Interdev screen to my browser and refresh it to see the action going on :)
